Raise A Glass To Sunderland’s Music scene With Music Sippy

MCN member city, Sunderland, just dropped something special, introducing Music Sippy, a brand-new pale ale brewed in partnership with local legends Vaux Brewery.

Launched at the 2025 Sunderland Craft Beer Festival, this collaboration is a tribute to Sunderland’s musical past, present, and future identity. The can proudly spins the “Sunderland is a Music City” message around its bold red design, a nod to the city’s creative heartbeat and its official Music City status since January 2025.

As part of the launch, VAUX is backing emerging local artists & DJs all weekend long with a Music City–curated stage at the festival.
